Upon three (3) days of being in possesion of your bot, you may request a refund by opening a "ticket" on our "Discord"
Before requesting a refund, you should have withdrawn all your items in this inventory; all items not withdrawn from the bot after the refund has been processed will be lost.
Refunds are refunded by the method of payment; cash subscriptions will be refunded through Stripe and virtual items will be refunded through a Steam trade.
We do not refund "Backpack.TF Premium".
In-case of a chargeback via Stripe, this will lead to a instant account suspension and termination of all services, all items remaining in the bot are forfeit.
